Meet the Chef JERRY
Jerry Patrick is a highly experienced and talented Chef that has worked at some of the most prestigious establishments in the New Forest and London. Jerry joins the team at The ElmTree, directly from Hilton Hotel Restaurant Schpoons and Forx, with a brief to deliver great quality, homemade food at sensible pub-grub prices.
Jerry brings a particular understanding of Gluten Intolerance Coeliac Disease and Type 1 Diabetes along with a keen interest in Vegan and Vegetarianism. Fantastic with meat, his Filet Steak is ‘one of the best in the country’.
Jerry says “I love working with local suppliers to create quality, tasty dishes suited to all dietary requirements. Our menu is not huge, but everything is made to order, which means it does take a little longer, I feel it’s worth it. I will be bringing regular specials online very soon that will complement our seasonal menu changes.”
